Not losing anymore weight
I took a 6 month break from lifting and decided to get back into it, primarily as part of a diet to loose weight. I am 5'11" and weighed 230 before my diet. I am now lifting for a few weeks while being on a very low carb low calorie diet . I lost 7 pounds but am stuck there for 2 weeks already. Interestingly, my waist keeps on narrowing, so I am obviously loosing fat, but the scale is not moving. Can it be that the weight of the muscle gain is canceling all the weight losses by my fat loss? Additionally, I would like to introduce some carbs (150 grams - 250 grams dailyl into my diet, given my track record, will that mean that I stand to immediately gain weight?
