    ...so you're confident that you are actually getting what is advertised?

    Amazon, nutrition store, Costco, any grocery store?

    Or, rather than a specific store, are there any specific brands that you like?

    Legion is pretty good. Matthews spends the money for third party testing and I have no complaints so I'm good with it.

    They have been around a while. Haven't heard that brand in 20 years. I may give them a shot myself.

    It's tough man... One thing you can do is look for independent lab certification of the brand. It actually is a real thing. And it makes you wonder why the other brands AREN'T certified... are they hiding something, you know?

    Please somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but USP is still the largest certifier of such things?
