Hey everyone. Frequent listener of the SS podcast and been doing nlp for about a month. 5’11 28 188lbs up from 176. How much more weight do I really need to gain to get my squat from 280 to 380, and my deadlift to 405 from 325?
Do I need to gain 20 more lbs like the podcast suggests or what? I’m curious what the general experience is.

I'd say 190-200 lb would be good for a guy your height. How much are you eating? Do you have macro data?

No I did not. Had a layoff and going to start back over in NLP here real soon. Should I be tracking everything?
