how much should i weigh?
I am a man, 30 years old, 184 cm tall, now weighing 73 kg. I train hard 4-5 times a week, no cardio, only strength training. Thank you

bench press - 95kg * 5; deadlift - 140*5; press - 52.5*5; squat - 105*5

You're going to need to get those numbers up and 95-100 kg would be a good target weight to aim for. I'd imagine the lifts are probably getting hard now.

Yes, you're right, it's getting harder. The thing is, I don't want to eat dirty.
3-4 meals, a lot of cottage cheese and meat. not a lot of carbohydrates, few vegetables and fruits
in addition to training, an active lifestyle, 150-200 pull-ups per day, stretching and walking stairs
