Correct Protein Intake Counting, Not Gaining Weight
Hello,
2 questions :
1)Do you count the protein of typical carb products(rice, noodle, oats) into your macros?
2) I literally cant gain more weight.. Been lifting before.. Plyos and Heavy BB Lifts (the classics) to gain weight ... In the last 14 years i gained 80pounds of lean mass. Obviously from year to year less.
Genetically I'm mesomorph. gaining or losing was always piece of cake but im stuck.
Boxer by heart. Will be always my 1st love. Following Rips Advice (during pandamic) i focused on 6month ss block training and minimized boxing to a minimum(light roadwork, light shadowboxing)

1 apple
125g wildsalmon
training 1 (Plyos, Boxing followed by some short intense intervalls)
500ml of O or Pineapple Juice Intra-Workout
meal 2
200g turkey
125g raw pasta
50g rice powder mixed with water (drinking it)
15ml flaxseed oil
meal 3
200g chicken
125g raw pasta
50g rice powder mixed with water (drinking it)
15ml Olive Oil
meal 4
200g cod
125g raw pasta
50g rice powder mixed with water (drinking it)
training 2 (lifting)
500ml of O or Pineapple Juice Intra-Workout
meal 5
300g Steak
125g raw pasta
50g rice powder mixed with water (drinking it)
Meal 6
5 Eggs
15ml Fish Oil
6.100 kcal
118g fat
880g carbs
334g protein (250g protein without rice,oats,pasta)
ate like this strict since beginning of december.(christmas days off but i guess i kcal wise it was even more) weighted myself every day and i literally didnt gain a single kg.
HELP !

Yes count everything. I would up that fat to that 150-200 range. Start loading up on fish, avocados, nuts etc.
