    Carbs a good amount from my rice, I don't eat much fat tho if any.. I hate the texture. Yes, form is being worked on...not going so low on squats.

    Really? That's about as deep as I go on mine. I can't really measure how deep I'm going other than as deep as possible before the back angle starts having to upright itself again. The standard practice is to descend until you feel a "stretch" but I never feel one. Ever since I started this stuff my hamstring flexibility has actually gotten pretty ridiculous, especially for a guy who never stretches.
