Let's get some videos of your squats and deadlifts.
I am constantly sore, especially the lower back. However, I am still hitting PR's and getting my volume and intensity in. Body weight is slowly increasing about 0.25-0.5kg a week, I am in a decent calorie surplus. I was wondering, as my body increases its work capacity, if the soreness will eventually go away? Or is this a small sign of overtraining (I am not regressing in my lifts though)?

175k x2 SQ
205k x3 DL
Hips are dropping some on the deadlift and am working on that. Technique tends to go out the window when I'm hitting new numbers on weights..
Programming wise I was doing:
Monday: 5x5 SQ, 5x5 Bench
Tuesday: 5x3 PC, 5x5 Press
Friday: 3x2 SQ, 2x3 Bench
Saturday: 2x3 Press, 1x3 DL with 1 back off set
I am now working with an online SSC, wish me luck a long my journey! Cheers!
Squat volume may be a bit too high but that is also confounded by the extra deep squats. Fix the depth and maybe go 3-4 x 5 instead of 5.
