I was cinching it as tightly as possible, but since messing up my rib I’ve been wearing it looser. My lever belt has 1/2 inch adjustments, and so I’ve been wearing it 2 notches further out than I was before I hurt my rib. With the other prong belt, I usually get it as tight as I can without sucking in, but it’s a thinner more supple/well broken in belt.
