    If you try Robert's advice and it's still a problem, try Taurine. Make sure to get the stuff w/o B6 or other supplements added in.

    Everything I said back here regarding sleep (and cramps) still holds except I no longer take any in the morning b/c it can be too Anxiolytic for me; now only take 2g at night.

    Disturbed sleep during NLP.

    I am training every other day. Not doing any assistance except for Chins on day A.
    I will probably even go from 5x5 to 5x4 and see if I can still make progress with one set less.

    Numbers:
    Deadlift: 340 lbs, Squat: 315 lbs, Bench: 203 lbs, Press: 153 lbs, Clean: 168 lbs
    You may be at a point where you need less than 90% of your 5RM on the squat and probably heavier weight than a power clean will provide on the deadlift.
