    Hello Robert ,
Thanks for your time. I am 39 years old . started NLP from Jan 23. completed 45 sessions till date.
Weight was 74 -75 when I started. currently it is 80. Height is 174 cms .
Current lifts are Squat 105 kgs ( struggling to hit depth ) . Press 52.5 kgs ( stuck with singles ). Bench 72.5 ( stuck with singles ) Deadlift 145 ( failed to complete 5 reps , did 2 ) . video Recording sessions in the gym is a bit of hassle now.
Waist line is 37 inches now . though there is no drastic increase in waist ( may be a inch I guess , but neighbourhood areas have grown)
Currently i am not tracking food intake in terms of calories and nutrition . Just trying to eat as clean as possible.
Can you please suggest if its okay for me to continue gaining weight while I focus on getting the numbers up.
My eating has definitely increased after i started NLP. I am just wondering if I should kind of get back to eat normally in terms of quantity.

    Best Regards,
    Rishi

How big are your jumps on the upper body lifts? What is your macro distribution? You could probably keep gaining yes. Upper body lifts are sensitive to weight gain.
