    Default Pizza

I've had a garbage appetite all day and have forced myself to eat.
The problem was that my food was too "bro".

So today at lunch I made myself a bacon, egg cheeseburger with a big glass of milk.

And for dinner I ate a whole pizza surprisingly with tasty food my appetite was much better.

Little snacks of muesli bars etc sprinkled in throughout the day. I'll finish up with a banana and another glass of milk before bed.

Just wanted to share that sometimes it's not that you have low appetite you just have to make food that is worth eating.

    Regards,
    Travis

Tasty food makes us want to keep eating yes. Problem is you are getting more fat than you need and it's not a productive way to eat. What makes it hard to eat otherwise?

    Hey Robert,
Probably the ideal I try to eat is the lean meat, rice and vegetables low fat meals that you would see a bodybuilder eating.

I can probably do one of these a day and they dont carry alot of calories.

But if I change the carb to some kind of variation of wheat ie pasta, bread, roll, noodles, burrittos etc I can put more food away.

I do keep an eye on the fats, because that will affect my appetite if they are too high.

I just wanted to remind people that maybe like me and in their mind they are half bodybuilder but hate "bodybuilding foods".
They can just eat the damn bread.

Eat the damn bread, eat the damned rice, and put down the cereal if all else fails.
