Do you have kidney disease or kidney stones?
Hey Robert I was just wondering your opinion on oxalates from certain foods wrecking havoc on peoples bodies. I’ve been listening to Sally Norton, author of Toxic Superfoods, talk about the subject and it throws most nutritional programs out the window. Is there a risk of eating foods such as sweet potatoes and spinach due to their oxalate content, or is there something she is missing in her thesis?
