Most of us are low in potassium, but 2800mg is pretty good. I wouldn't do anything else about this like supplement or anything.
I was curious about Potassium intake levels. Didn't really see any threads on here about it.
I track all my food in MFP, and calories/macros are the priority.
I was taking a look at the 90 day reports of various vitamin/mineral levels (Vitamin A, C, Iron, Calcium, Potassium) and most looked to be around what the default recommendations were, except Potassium.
3500mg was the MFP recommendation, my intake average was around 2800mg. I imagine it wouldn't be hard to find a food with higher levels and work it into my diet. Is it worth the effort? Am I over analyzing?

Thanks for the response Jordan!
