    What's the maximum recommended amount of time before or after a workout?

    I believe you've recommended swallowing all at once, so sipping throughout the workout would not be recommended.

    I'm sorry but I'm not sure this sentence means anything.

    You just updated the sticky to say you recommend dosing only before and after workouts, and your answer here seems to imply(but honestly it seems super "hedged") that we should be taking it more often than that? Which one is it?

    In other words, the ingredients in GainzZz Rx are dosed appropriately and the studies reviewed in the process of creating the supplement show effectiveness when taking those ingredients at the appropriate dose (which is in GainzZz Rx). Taking them at a lower or different dose has unknown effects, ya know?

    Couple questions; how much time should be between meal before pre wo bcaa's and how much between post wo bcaa's and meal after?
