    Default Q&A part 4: BCAAs

Jordan, as I understood it, in the recent Q&A part 4 video you said that you now don't think it's worthwhile taking BCAAs between meals if the diet is already high in protein.

    (1) Is this true even for older trainees?

    (2) Do you still advise taking the other ingredients found in GainzZz Rx every day?

    Thanks.

That was in the context of cutting weight, correct?

Do you have the same opinion if in the context of gaining weight or recomping?

I do not think anyone should be supplementing BCAAs between meals.

Does that extend to pre- and post-workout?

In other words, no supplemental BCAAs at all (assuming adequate high quality protein)?

No. I would take BCAAs pre and post workout only.

Is this a recent change in your thinking? I started working with Leah back in April and the BBM FAQ on BCAA supplementation recommended ~4-5g b/w meals in addition to the pre/post workout 10g dose.

Not trying to call you out or anything so feel free to answer via PM or edit above.

How much potential GainzZz™ are we missing out on by only taking your supplement before/after exercise, 3 days/week?

    On the Gainzzz Rx subject,

I was just about to order two containers on prime, but it doesn't have HMB on the label or description. Is this just a mistake on the Amazon side? To be fair, the label is quite blurry when trying to zoom.

And thanks for everything Jordan! Love the videos, articles, and forum.

I'm not sure. The efficacy of the ingredients I included have shown efficacy when dosed properly so it could be argued that a significant portion of one's results would be compromised by not dosing it appropriately.

Yea it's just a glitch in Amazon. I'm working on it currently
