    Hi Jordan,


    I appreciate your forum and the time you take to educate us on nutrition for lifting. I saw your podcast where you changed your recommendation on BCAAs and would like to ask whether you still support the other supplement recommendations made in the NUTRITION SUPPLEMENT LINK posted at the top of the forum? I want to make sure that those recommendations are your current thoughts on how to supplement for lifting.

    Just fyi, I am looking forward to your Gainzzzzzzzzzz workout mix arriving.

    Not to hijack, but here it goes any way.

    For someone not using BCAAs, does it matter if I take beta alanine by itself or should it be taken with a meal pre and post workout?

    I think the absorption and efficacy is better with a meal pre and post workout,
