The Bridge exercise selection
Hi Jordan,
Thanks enormously for all the work that you do and the information that you provide.
I've been doing The Bridge these last few weeks and am really enjoying it, learning a lot and liking the new exercises.
What I have found is that I love the paused bench as an exercise, but it really seems to give me shoulder pain where regular TnG bench or CGBP don't bother me.
I'm wondering in this case if you would suggest a substitute exercise ?

I might, depending on your technique. Sounds like a form issue however, which I would fix at a lighter weight before replacing the exercise.
