    I'm looking at adding Maltodextrin to my BCAA drinks as a intra workout drink. What is your advise on using it?

    Do you have any suggestions if anything added to bcaa? Should I stay away from Maltodextrin all together or use it in a different way?

    The reason I ask is I'm a little fatigued after my 3-4 workout of the week. I've read I could use Maltodextrin to fuel muscles and run a less chance of storing it as fat. Do you recommend something else?

    I would eat more carbohydrates from foods and dropkick the maltodextrin entirely.

    Why the dropkick? (not advocating maltodextrin, subtextless question).

    I think he's saying you should dropkick it because it'll attract attention from passerby.
