    That sounds like a plan. Thanks coach. Will I keep the HLM format I'm currently doing or go back to SS? This is my current routine:

    Sat:

    Deadlift

    Mon:
    Front Squat
    Press
    Row
    Chins

    Wed:
    Squat 90%
    Paused Bench
    Paused Deadlift
    Dips

    Keep the same format, just drop the load and work up weekly. You're basically dissipating the fatigue and working back up. Once you get to your sticking points you should surpass your previous PRs and continue along.
