    Default Lascek Goals..

    Hello!

    Current stats:

    Age 25
    5ft11
    BW 87kg ish
    BF 25%ish
    Squat 110kg x5
    Bench 70kg x5

My 'goal image' is to look more like Justin Lascek. I know he ran SS when he started lifting properly so figured I should ask this here. Should I be bulking or cutting fat?

My guess is I should be gaining?

Not sure on his stats but what goals should I be shooting for also?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for posting!

I'd focus on getting weight on the bar and not worry about how much you weigh right now. The stronger you get the more your body starts to reflect it.

    Ok thanks for the response.

What lifts should I be shooting for? Lascek used SS himself but I'm not sure what lifts he got to etc.

    Thanks

Some good milestones to shoot for:

    2.5x body weight deadlift
    2x body weight squat
    1.5x body weight bench press
    Body weight press
100 lb over body weight weighted chins

If you can do that you’ll look different than you do today.

So what you're saying is. Don't add cals unless progress stagnates. But don't cut either?

    Cheers

That’s correct. Sorry for the delay man, just started sitting past page 1 and saw this!
