Now I've upped the set numbers I notice I'm in the gym for over 4 hours-this includes a total of 50 minutes of journey time walking there. During bench press I was getting a bit hungry and the sports drink wasn't cutting it. Any recommendations for something more solid to eat ?

Well that isn’t very many calories so if you’re getting hungry you may wanna bump up those carbs. See what 50 does for you.

Does coffee count as food? Because that's about the only thing I like to eat during a workout.

I eat an apple during most of my workouts. I find it’s easy to keep down and keeps me going.
