I’ve been on amazon and apples App Store. There’s a huge selection of what Im Looking for.
But since were all on the same page here at SS, I thought I’d put it out here for some recommendations.
I’m looking for what you bought, and why?

I tried my fitness pal and wasn’t happy with it.
Im More comfortable with reviews here than from amazon.

    Thanks

Don't know how much info is on your nutritional labels but all I did was take the info and build a spreadsheet.

Food labels? Huh? Lol. As always, I miss the obvious. I pretty much know how much protein is in meats, fish, eggs, etc.

Just gotta look up info for potatoes and rice. As for veggies, I’m either not gonna count them at all, or perhaps I’ll assign 100 calories,or so to the daily amount.
