    Yes just go with a nonfat milk. Casein still gives you a rise in MPS just not as sharp as whey for those who are into that. This is one of those things that won’t make or break you so to speak.

    Skim or nonfat is an acquired taste. But after a couple years of drinking only nonfat, even 2% tastes like half and half.

    Fairlife is more tolerable than regular nonfat milk
