    I wouldn't say partially. Once you factor in self-report bias, who knows what people being studied are actually doing.

    As we have exchanged previously, getting good data in this realm is difficult and we don't have metabolic wards everywhere with people happy to inhabit them. World far from perfect. We actually do have very good data on keto long term in refractory epilepsy. How this translates is uncertain to me. Different "animal".

    We do now have some very good tools such as the food intake app on mycircadianclock.org. I hope more researchers will go in this direction.
