    Hey coaches,

I've been musing on this question for a little while, and haven't seen it answered anywhere. My bad if I just failed on the search function.

I often see you gentlemen say that for aesthetics, just hit your macros and get your deadlift up to 405 (I'm almost there!). Is there a similar benchmark for women? Just wondering because my girlfriend is going to be getting back on the LP when her recent work craziness dies down, I know she'll be thinking about aesthetics, and I've found having that goal very motivating and helpful in accepting a little extra body fat as I've gotten stronger and packed on more muscle. Once I hit it, I'll probably work to lean out a bit, but until then IDGAF.

I realize this is a bit random and barely nutrition related, but I see the "get your deadlift up to 405" thing cited here more than anywhere else, so I figured you were the guys to ask.

Thanks for indulging me, if you decide to do so!

It depends on her height and weight. However, for a goal, she could have this in mind:

Club Sticker - Are you in the Club? | The Aasgaard Company

    100 press, 155 bench press, 225 squat, 315 deadlift.

Thanks for indulging my admittedly silly question! Actually didn't even realize there was a women's version of those stickers. We'll shoot for his and hers!
