You could probably get a little more out of your training if you dropped the protein to 210 and increased the carbohydrates up to 220 g. What is your goal?

I need to improve my body composition first and foremost then I want to establish a more consistent base of strength consistent with my size. Once I have this I want to imorove my athleticism.
My nutritional goals are 225g protein, 225g carbs, 80g fat and 40g fiber. I'm struggling to hit my carb and fiber goals.

If you want to improve your body composition, deadlift 405 x 5, press 135 x 5, bench over 200, and squat over 300 for a set of 5. Then get yourself to some heavy weighted chins. You are leaving a lot of weight on the bar so focus on that for now.
Protein down to 210 and carbs up to 220. Got it.
