I'm not feeling any problems, but with the weight getting relatively heavy I want to make sure there's nothing major I'm doing wrong that I'm not noticing.

I think they seem fine. There's a small amount of the knees coming forward at the bottom, and thinking about keeping the knees out at the bottom should fix that right up.
On another note, it looks as if the bar is really close to the metal thing jutting upwards out of the rack near the safety pins. It couldn't hurt walking the bar out a tad bit closer to the rack in case you fail; you want the bar going on the pins and not hitting that metal thing.
My knees can be a bit loose at the bottom if I'm not concentrating on them.
And yeah, I only noticed after watching the video how far back I walk sometimes, I'll make sure I adjust that, cheers.
