I am at the age where I dont quite recover the way I used to and the same approach to treating minor tweaks isn't quite as effective as it once was. I've spent the last 12 months having to work around a injured calfs and hamstrings that I just cant seem to shake. So I've been contemplating buying an ultrasound to use on myself at home and wondered if anyone had any experience to share.
