Just convinced my sister into getting strong! she's 5''1 and weights 130lbs, she primarily wants to lose some inches from her midsection and get strong haha.

She'll do it later because she created an account today but she wasn't able to post anything until it was activated by an admin. This account took a while to be activated so i'm guessing hers will do too.
