I started SS on 9/2/2009 with the following lifts:
Squat: 115#
Press: 95#
Bench: 145#
Deadlift: 175#
Power Clean: 95#
Up to the following on 2/2/10:
Squat: 280#
Press: 140#
Bench: 185#
Deadlift: 325#
Power Clean: 150#
Chin Up: -110#
Pull Up: -120#
Since then, I've lost consistency. Because of this, my lifts have suffered from a lack of progress. I am bringing it back. Squats and Deadlifts are belted unless otherwise indicated.
