I was just re-watching parts of the SS DVD last night and noticed that the women were using a different bar than the men for the Press. Is this a women's-specific Olympic Bar? (25 mm, ~33 lbs, 6.75 ft) My regular bar is a bit heavy for warm-up sets, especially on the press, so would this be a wise investment, and could I use it for the other lifts as well as the Press? Thanks!
