I will hold a pulling camp in Walnut Creek, CA at CrossFit Sweat Shop on Sunday, September 4th from 1 to 5 PM. We'll start with a discussion about deadlift form and mechanics followed by warmups to a heavy set of five pulls. We'll then move on to the power clean. Once again, we'll discuss some of the salient points of the lift before getting some quality time in with the weights. After all the lifting, we'll have a discussion about programming and a question and answer session. Coaching will be provided throughout the warmups and work sets to all participants.
