My buddy found something called the shoulder shocker from t-nation he wanted to try, so we did 3 circuits of that. 25lb plate for front raise, 20lb db for lateral raise and press.
Pressing felt good today. The towel chin ups made me question my grip strength.

Done! Got a pair of Romaleos 2 in the mail from Rogue on Monday. Can't wait to see what squats are like in them tomorrow.
I also ordered a belt that should show up pretty soon. I've never lifted with one, so I'm interested to see how that goes as well.
