My name is Alex. I'm a former marine, current college student, and work as a personal trainer. I've been training for 5 years with 3.5 of them being very inefficient (the first 3.5). Then I transitioned into getting strong. I have a lot of love for powerlifting and weightlifting, though I've only competed as a powerlifter. Here we go.
