Current stats: 5'11", now around 175-180lbs, I've been doing SS seen the beginning of March. In addition I'm a runner, typically doing between four and five miles most mornings, including a long run on Sundays (presently training for a half marathon at the end of October, afterwards I'll run 10 miles on my long run days. I've been doing light squats the night before my long runs. I'm definitely not the model for DTP but I am certainly the strongest I've ever been in my life. My current lifts are:
Squat: 290x3x5
Press: 135x3x5
Bench Press: 185x3x5
Deadlift: 335x1x6 (did an extra rep by mistake)
Power Snatch: 105x3x2
This was more like it. Did all my reps without too much trouble.

Had a helluva time squeezing into position at the bottom. Will probably try just doing this from the jumping position after warmups.
Didn't sleep very well last night, couple that with feeling yucky on and off today and I didn't feel explosive enough to mess with power snatches tonight.

Week 31 Wednesday, 10/16/13
Had a stomach bug several days ago followed by a bad sore throat that took its toll on me this workout.
The one highlight of my session was that I did all my warmup sets with a DOH grip including the 300lb set, which is the heaviest I've lifted DOH. Did them without any grip trouble, then bombed at the main set. Going to take the rest of the week off.
My adductor's been sore the past week or two (due in part to my long runs no doubt). It was bothering me a bit the first two work sets but felt better the last set.
One or two reps were just a tad high but otherwise a good if tough session with squats.

I went ahead and deloaded five lbs since I haven't done presses for three or so weeks. The very last rep was a real grinder to complete, largely due to me pausing at the bottom after doing the fourth rep.

Ditto on deloading for the PSes. Some of the main reps were better than others; one thing I need to do is concentrate on jumping more explosively during main reps.
