So I have more luck keeping notes in a notebook than on here. But, I feel like it is important to keep a "public" log, so I will endeavor to be better. Screwed around with different TM programs since October- traditional 3 day TM, 4 day Old Man TM, my on 4 day TM, and ended up with 3 day TM for now. I'm currently trying front squats and power snatches on my light days for some variety.
