Strength Training for combined interest in PL/Oly/Strongman/Football
A log of my training is long overdue. A little bit of background info: High school junior, state PL champ for age/weight class in sophomore year, looking to participate in all the strength sports, in addition to lifting to enhance performance in football. 6'2", 300 lbs. I shall be following Glenn Pendlay's Supertotal Program as specified here (http://www.pendlay.com/Training-for-...tal_df_89.html) with variation as I see fit. I wonder if anybody reads these. I can't imagine having a reason to.
