Went to a Crossfit-box with my girlfriend and did my first WOD (3rounds of 20 pylo-push ups, 60single unders, 40situps). After I was the first one who finished - without doing any conditioning for 3months - I decided WOD's are useless.

We had our first game of the season. I started as flanker and finished as hooker... Except for 10min I spent on the bench due to a technical foul (since it was around 27°C I was almost grateful...), everything went well. We won 8-48.
