Deadlift Form Check 225x5
Deadlift Form Check: This was a set of 5 with 225 but it looks like the camera shut off after two reps. The weight was a walk in the park and this is my best ever deadliest form. Reps 3-5 were actually better from a hips and chest up standpoint so it's ashamed the camera shut off. This was my first time dragging the bar up the legs so it felt pretty weird but seemed to work pretty well. I appreciate any advice. https://youtu.be/mawCE3quWdc
