Did 242 for 5 sets of 6 today. This is obviously too light for quarter squats so I'll be adding 10 lbs a session until I reach a weight that actually challenges me. Not gonna lie, quarter squats are easy af to do and I don't dread doing them like i would for full squats. This may change once i get to actual working weights though.
Not sure if there is such a thing as 'working weights' for quarter squats. You're going to wake up one day in your 40's, and wonder why you wasted all that youth.

Or Behind the Neck version . . . these aren't too bad to recatch on the traps.
So the power jerk is basically a way to do quarter squats without getting laughed at...
