Hi. How's it going? Is there a way to make dead lift and power clean Aleman alternating work outs on the same day and chins on the 2nd workout?
I am wondering the same thing...You're talking about what Rip calls 'phase 3'?
I'm currently re-writing a bunch of stuff in the app which should make it easier to add / customise workouts. Not sure when it will be ready but stay tuned.
