REVIEW: 2 Hour session with SS coach Robert Santana

I'll make this quick.

My first session ever with an SS coach. What a luxury. He pointed out a few things I was doing wrong on each lift and I thought I already had great form and technique. I highly recommend this guy. A real pro. The experience exceeded my expectations.

I don't check the Testimonials forum very often but I was there today and saw this post and had to second james' opinion. I had a session with Robert last year that I credit with getting my deadlift over four plates (and his encouragement at the 2016 Fall Classic got me to pull 440) and also fixing my squat issues. He's also been very generous in responding to my occasional email inquiries with very useful information. I'll be having another session with him this month to fix issues that have come up as a result of my adductor tear last November. So, as james said, Robert is very knowledgeable, professional and I highly recommend him for your coaching needs.
