Nice! I turn 50 next year, so I'm starting to face some of the consequences of aging. I've got The Barbell Prescription on the way and set for delivery Monday and this YouTube channel looks like a great way to stay engaged.
Been a subscriber to Sully's channel since his second video. Just want to say that the quality of the videos, as well as Sully's material and delivery are excellent. He's very knowledgeable and seems like a great person.
I like that Dr. Sullivan is not a sarcastic asshole. He seems kind of nice. No offense to the sarcastic assholes out there. They are cool too.
Just watched Episode 2. Between the House Atreides sweatshirt, the Doors lyrics, and the Heidegger quote, I love this guy. Will be sending to every old person I know.
