I am 47, 5'10", about 10st 11lbs.
My goals now are to stay under 11st, get stronger if possible and increase my conditioning. I've recently started boxing.
Today:
8 x 3 mins on heavy bag with 45 secs rest.
Interval training up a hill. In the hot sun. Barefoot.
