A Thanks to You and Adam Lauritzen

I had an excellent training session with one of your coaches, Adam Lauritzen, yesterday. Adam was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. He kicked my ass and corrected some serious form issues that were creating an artificial ceiling in my training. The 15 hour round trip car drive was worth every god damned minute.

Thank you for creating the content and organization that you have. I'm looking forward to continuing my linear progression and working with Adam in the future.
