Moving here from Intermediate, since I compete - although don't considered myself competitive ;)
I'm 36yo, 6ft, ~215+lbs. Previously competed at 93kg, but have been gaining weight to fill out my frame more and compete at 105kg. My goal has been to qualify for nationals and I thought that was within reach at 93kg, but at 105 I need to lift a lot more... so we'll see.
Changed my diet a few days ago, due to my terrible blood test results... so I'm probably on a caloric deficit now. Will start tracking macro's from now on. It's harder to pack in the calories eating cleaner.
