Moving here from Intermediate, since I compete - although don't considered myself competitive ;)
I'm 36yo, 6ft, ~215+lbs. Previously competed at 93kg, but have been gaining weight to fill out my frame more and compete at 105kg. My goal has been to qualify for nationals and I thought that was within reach at 93kg, but at 105 I need to lift a lot more... so we'll see.
Currently I'm using Jordan's Intermediate/Advanced program. Next competition, in the new weight class, will be at the end of October.
