You're doing the Charleston with your knees. I can't tell for sure from this angle if your stance is too wide or if you just aren't keeping your knees out. I think it's the later. Don't let your knees cave in as you start the ascent - keep them over your feet. Next time, try to film a little bit more to the back if you can.

Would this slight change in camera angle make any difference?
What about depth in the first video?
Thanks a lot for taking your time to response!
Much better angle!
Depth is fine (in both). Your stance is o.k. Maybe bring it in about half the width of one foot - but your knees are moving around because you aren't making them stay where they should, not so much because of your stance.
Thanks a lot for your help a Jeff! So first of all, knees out, and see if bringing my stance in a bit helps too?
I'd bring in your stance just a little bit. Perhaps an inch on either side. That's about 2.5 cm for you metric folks! If anything, you might be half an inch too deep. Nice work, though!
Thanks for commenting! Is the depth still too deep on the first vid? Guess I'll be moving my stance in a bit next session.
Will keep that in mind for next session, thanks for taking your time to help me out!
