Hi I’m Nic I’m 14 years old and started the Starting Strength linear program about 8 months ago with my dad. So I’m not too new at the program but hope to get help on how to get better and improve my technique and my form. Me and my dad had started the SS program and we got far but our form was terrible and we struggled with conisitency because of travelling and cycle touring every spare moment we have so my dad started with a SSOC coach and for the last 3 months I have been following all the hints and tips the coach has given my dad and we have come far and we are much better than before.
