I’ve been working at it, and I think I’ve made some improvement, but it looks like I still lose form a bit as I get tired. What do you all think? What other cues should I add to get this better? YouTube

These are significantly better. Right now I'd pay some attention to breaking at the knees and hips at the same time. You're breaking at the hips 1st here. Also you're not out of the woods with the hip drive yet. You see how it stops and you lift the chest on the last rep? Focus on HIPS HIPS HIPS the entire ascent.
